4 C.F.R. § 22.1 — Applicability of Rules [Rule 1].
§ 22.1 Applicability of Rules [Rule 1]. The Government Accountability Office Contract Appeals Board is authorized to hear appeals from decisions of contracting officers with respect to any contract entered into by a legislative branch agency. These rules shall apply to all appeals filed with the Board on or after October 1, 2007.
