§ 9.81 May I use previously submitted information? (a) In satisfying the requirements of §§ 9.82 through 9.90, you do not need to resubmit information that is already on file with the NPS. Instead, you may reference the previously submitted information in your permit application. (b) You may submit documents and materials containing the information required by §§ 9.82 through 9.90 that you submit to other Federal and State agencies. If you do this, you must clearly identify the information required by §§ 9.82 through 9.90.
