36 C.F.R. § 9.80 — Who must apply for an operations permit?

§ 9.80 Who must apply for an operations permit? (a) Except as otherwise provided in §§ 9.70 through 9.73, an operator proposing to conduct operations within the boundary of a System unit must submit an application for an operations permit to the Superintendent. (b) An operations permit is subject to cost recovery under 54 U.S.C. 103104.
