34 C.F.R. § 200.66 — Requirements to ensure that funds do not benefit a private school.

§ 200.66 Requirements to ensure that funds do not benefit a private school. (a) An LEA must use funds under subpart A of this part to provide services that supplement, and in no case supplant, the services that would, in the absence of Title I services, be available to participating private school children. (b)(1) The LEA must use funds under subpart A of this part to meet the special educational needs of participating private school children. (2) The LEA may not use funds under subpart A of this part for— (i) The needs of the private school; or (ii) The general needs of children in the private school.
