§ 200.65 Determining equitable participation of teachers and families of participating private school children. (a) From the proportional share reserved for equitable services under § 200.77(d), an LEA shall ensure that teachers and families of participating private school children participate on an equitable basis in services and activities under this subpart. (b) After consultation with appropriate private school officials, the LEA must provide services and activities under paragraph (a) of this section either— (1) In conjunction with the LEA's services and activities for teachers and families; or (2) Independently.
