Definitions.

§ 935.3 Definitions. In this part— (a) General Counsel means the General Counsel of the Air Force or his successor in office. (b) Commander means the Commander, Wake Island. (c) Commander, Wake Island means the Commander of Pacific Air Forces or such subordinate commissioned officer of the Air Force to whom he may delegate his authority under this part. (d) He or his includes both the masculine and feminine genders, unless the context implies otherwise. (e) Judge includes Judges of the Wake Island Court and Court of Appeals.
