§ 21.215 Who is responsible for the DGARS? The Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (ASD(R&E)), or his or her designee, develops and implements DGARS policies and procedures. He or she does so by issuing and maintaining the DoD publications that comprise the DGARS. [68 FR 47153, Aug. 7, 2003, as amended at 85 FR 51240, Aug. 19, 2020]
