32 C.F.R. § 935.162 — Use of special areas.

§ 935.162 Use of special areas. The Commander may regulate the use of designated or posted areas on Wake Island, as follows: (a) Restricted areas—which no person may enter without permission. (b) Prohibited activities areas—in which no person may engage in any activity that is specifically prohibited. (c) Special purpose areas-in which no person may engage in any activity other than that for which the area is reserved.
