32 C.F.R. § 842.110 — Statute of limitations.
§ 842.110 Statute of limitations. The United States or the injured party on behalf of the United States must file suit within 3 years after an action accrues. This is usually 3 years after the initial treatment is provided in a federal medical facility or after the initial payment is made by CHAMPUS, whichever is first. [55 FR 2809, Jan. 29, 1990.
