32 C.F.R. § 507.15 — Violations and penalties.

§ 507.15 Violations and penalties. (a) TIOH will revoke a certificate of authority to manufacture when the holder intentionally violates any of the provisions of this part or does not comply with the agreement the manufacturer signed to receive a certificate. (b) Violations are also subject to penalties as prescribed in the statutes referred to in § 507.5. (c) Repetition or continuation of violations after official notice will be deemed as corroborating evidence of intentional violation.
