32 C.F.R. § 22.700 — Purpose.
§ 22.700 Purpose. This subpart prescribes policies and procedures for administering grants and cooperative agreements. It does so in conjunction with 32 CFR part 34 and subchapter D of 2 CFR chapter XI, which prescribe administrative requirements for particular types of recipients.
