32 C.F.R. § 1633.3 — Submission of claims.
§ 1633.3 Submission of claims. Except as otherwise expressly provided by the Director, no document relating to any registrant's claims or potential claims will be retained by the Selective Service System and no file relating to a registrant's possible classification status will be established prior to that registrant being ordered to report for induction.
