32 C.F.R. § 150.24 — Continuances and interlocutory matters.

§ 150.24 Continuances and interlocutory matters. Except as otherwise provided in § 150.19(d), the Court, in its discretion, may extend any time limits prescribed and may dispose of any interlocutory or other appropriate matter not specifically covered by this part, in such manner as may appear to be required for a full, fair, and expeditious consideration of the case. See § 150.4.
