32 C.F.R. § 150.13 — Notice of appearance of counsel.
§ 150.13 Notice of appearance of counsel. Military and civilian appellate counsel shall file a written notice of appearance with the Court. The filing of any pleading relative to a case which contains the signature of counsel constitutes notice of appearance of such counsel.
