§ 75.1107–17 Incorporation by reference; availability of publications. In accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a), the technical publications to which reference is made in §§ 75.1107–1 through 75.1107–16, and which have been prepared by organizations other than the Bureau of Mines or the Mine Safety and Health Administration, are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
