27 C.F.R. § 19.95 — Issuance of operating permits.
§ 19.95 Issuance of operating permits. TTB will issue only one operating permit for a distilled spirits plant. The permit will designate the operations that are authorized at the plant. The proprietor must post the permit at the distilled spirits plant and have it available for inspection by appropriate TTB officers. (26 U.S.C. 5171, 5271)
