27 C.F.R. § 19.94 — Trade names.

§ 19.94 Trade names. (a) Operating permits. The applicant must include a list of any trade names used in the operation of the plant with form TTB F 5110.25, Application for Operating Permit Under 26 U.S.C. 5171(d). The applicant must show the operations for which the trade name will be used and identify the offices where the trade name is registered. The applicant must also submit copies of any certificate or other document filed or issued for each trade name. (b) Basic permits. If the applicant is required to have a basic permit under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act (49 Stat. 978; 27 U.S.C. 203, 204) for distilling, warehousing, or processing operations, then the applicant must follow the regulations under that Act for the approval and use of trade names. (26 U.S.C. 5271)
