20 C.F.R. § 602.40 — Funding.
§ 602.40 Funding. (a) The Department shall use established procedures to notify States of the availability of funds for the operation of QC programs in accordance with this part. (b) The Department may allocate additional resources, if available, to States for analysis of data generated by the QC program, to increase the number of claims sampled in areas where more information is needed, for pilot studies for the purpose of expanding the QC program, and for corrective action.
