§ 404.922 Notice of a reconsidered determination. We shall mail a written notice of the reconsidered determination to the parties at their last known address. We shall state the specific reasons for the determination and tell you and any other parties of the right to a hearing. If it is appropriate, we will also tell you and any other parties how to use the expedited appeals process. [45 FR 52081, Aug. 5, 1980.
