§ 404.919 Notice of another person's request for reconsideration. If any other person files a request for reconsideration of the initial determination in your case, we shall notify you at your last known address before we reconsider the initial determination. We shall also give you an opportunity to present any evidence you think helpful to the reconsidered determination. [45 FR 52081, Aug. 5, 1980. Redesignated at 51 FR 302, Jan. 3, 1986]
