20 C.F.R. § 404.1032 — Work for a foreign government.

§ 404.1032 Work for a foreign government. If you work as an employee of a foreign government in any capacity, your work is excluded from employment. If you are a citizen of the United States and work in the United States as an employee of a foreign government, you are considered to be self-employed (§ 404.1068(d)).
