§ 368.1 Introduction. This part implements Public Law 104-52, the “Prohibition of Cigarette Sales to Minors in Federal Buildings and Lands Act,” which prohibits the sale of tobacco products through vending machines and the distribution of free samples of tobacco products on Federal property.
