20 C.F.R. § 348.2 — Recognition by the Board of a person to act in behalf of another.

§ 348.2 Recognition by the Board of a person to act in behalf of another. The provisions of part 266 of this chapter shall be applicable to the appointment of a representative payee under this part to the same extent and in the same manner as they are applicable to the appointment of a representative payee under the Railroad Retirement Act.
