20 C.F.R. § 30.902 — How will OWCP calculate the amount of the award of impairment benefits that is payable under Part E?

§ 30.902 How will OWCP calculate the amount of the award of impairment benefits that is payable under Part E? (a) OWCP will multiply the percentage points of the impairment rating by $2,500 to calculate the amount of the award. (b) An employee's impairment rating may be comprised of multiple impairments of organs and body functions due to multiple covered illnesses. If an impairment award is payable based on a whole person impairment rating in which at least one of the impairments is subject to a reduction under §§ 30.505(b) and/or 30.626, OWCP will reduce the impairment award proportionately.
