§ 30.10 Are all OWCP records relating to claims filed under EEOICPA considered confidential? All OWCP records relating to claims for benefits under EEOICPA are considered confidential and may not be released, inspected, copied or otherwise disclosed except as provided in the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act of 1974.
