20 C.F.R. § 234.60 — Escheat.
§ 234.60 Escheat. Any payment under this part which would be payable to any state, political subdivision of a state, the U.S. government or a foreign government because of the lack of a legal heir, shall remain in the Railroad Retirement Account.
