20 C.F.R. § 229.47 — Child's benefit.
§ 229.47 Child's benefit. If a child is included in the computation of the overall minimum, a child's benefit of 50 percent times the Overall Minimum PIA is computed. This amount may be adjusted for the family maximum or other benefits.
