20 C.F.R. § 220.51 — Notice of the examination.
§ 220.51 Notice of the examination. If the Board arranges for an examination or test, the claimant will be provided with reasonable notice of the date, time, and place of the examination or test and the name of the person who will do it. The Board will also give the examiner any necessary background information about the claimant's impairment(s).
