20 C.F.R. § 219.58 — When evidence regarding payment of burial expenses is required.

§ 219.58 When evidence regarding payment of burial expenses is required. If a person applies for the lump-sum death payment because he or she is responsible for paying the funeral home or burial expenses of the employee or because he or she has paid some or all of these expenses, the Board will require evidence of such payment.
