20 C.F.R. § 205.7 — Termination of employee representative status.

§ 205.7 Termination of employee representative status. The employee representative status of any individual shall terminate whenever the individual or the organization by whom he or she is employed loses any of the characteristics essential to the existence of employee representative status.
