20 C.F.R. § 10.119 — What action will OWCP take with respect to information submitted by the employer?
§ 10.119 What action will OWCP take with respect to information submitted by the employer? OWCP will consider all evidence submitted appropriately, and OWCP will inform the employee, the employee's representative, if any, and the employer of any action taken. Where an employer contests a claim within 30 days of the initial submittal and the claim is later approved, OWCP will notify the employer of the rationale for approving the claim.
