16 C.F.R. § 1.64 — Condemnation proceedings.
§ 1.64 Condemnation proceedings. In those cases arising under the Wool Products Labeling Act of 1939 and Fur Products Labeling Act, and where it appears to the Commission that the public interest requires such action, the Commission will apply to the courts for condemnation, pursuant to the authority granted in such Acts. [32 FR 8444, June 13, 1967, as amended at 41 FR 4814, Feb. 2, 1976]
