16 C.F.R. § 1.63 — Injunctions: Wool, fur, and textile cases.

§ 1.63 Injunctions: Wool, fur, and textile cases. In those cases arising under the Wool Products Labeling Act of 1939, Fur Products Labeling Act, and Textile Fiber Products Identification Act, where it appears to the Commission that it would be to the public interest for it to do so, the Commission will apply to the courts for injunctive relief, pursuant to the authority granted in such Acts. [32 FR 8444, June 13, 1967, as amended at 41 FR 4814, Feb. 2, 1976]
