14 C.F.R. § 111.35 — Fraud and falsification.

§ 111.35 Fraud and falsification. No person may make, or cause to be made, a fraudulent or intentionally false statement, or conceal or cause to be concealed a material fact, in— (a) Any application or any amendment to an application submitted in accordance with the requirements of this part; (b) Any other record reported to the PRD in accordance with the requirements of this part; or (c) Any record or report that is kept, made, or used to show compliance with this part.
