14 C.F.R. § 111.30 — Prohibited access and use.
§ 111.30 Prohibited access and use. (a) No person may access the database for any purpose other than the purposes provided by this part. (b) No person may share, distribute, publish, or otherwise release any record accessed in the database to any person or individual not directly involved in the hiring decision, unless specifically authorized by law or unless the person sharing or consenting to share the record is the subject of the record. (c) Each person that accesses the PRD to retrieve a pilot's records must protect the confidentiality of those records and the privacy of the pilot as to those records.
