11 C.F.R. § 9037.1 — Payments of Presidential primary matching funds.
§ 9037.1 Payments of Presidential primary matching funds. Upon receipt of a written certification from the Commission, but not before the beginning of the matching payment period, the Secretary will promptly transfer the amount certified from the matching payment account to the candidate. A matching fund certification may not result in full payment by the Secretary in the case of a shortfall in the matching payment account. See 26 CFR 702.9037-1 and 702.9037-2.
