§ 5.7 Delivery and mailing. The Government Printing Office shall distribute the Federal Register by delivery or by deposit at a post office at or before 9 a.m. on the publication day, except that each Federal Register dated for a Monday shall be deposited at a post office at or before 9 a.m. on the preceding Saturday.
