§ 22.6 Code designation. The area of the Code of Federal Regulations directly affected by a proposed regulatory action shall be identified by placing the appropriate CFR citation immediately below the name of the issuing agency. For example: 1 CFR part 22 [37 FR 23614, Nov. 4, 1972, as amended at 54 FR 9683, Mar. 7, 1989]
