§ 21.12 Reservation of numbers. In a case where related parts or related sections are grouped under a heading, numbers may be reserved at the end of each group to allow for expansion. [37 FR 23611, Nov. 4, 1972, as amended at 54 FR 9682, Mar. 7, 1989]
