§ 20.4 Description of program activities. (a) Descriptions should clearly state the public purposes that the agency serves, and the programs that carry out those purposes. (b) Descriptions of the responsibilities of individuals or of administrative units common to most agencies will not be accepted for publication in the Manual. [54 FR 9682, Mar. 7, 1989]
