§ 17.3 Criteria for emergency publication. The emergency schedule is designed to provide the fastest possible publication of a document involving the prevention, alleviation, control, or relief of an emergency situation. [37 FR 23608, Nov. 4, 1972, as amended at 54 FR 9680, Mar. 7, 1989]
