10-01-01: PLAN ADOPTED:
The Canyon Urban Renewal Plan, a copy of which is attached to Ordinance 99-008 and marked as Exhibit F and made a part thereof by attachment, be and the same hereby is approved. Said Ordinance and Plan are available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk. (Ord. 99-008, 11-8-1999, eff. retroactive to 1-1-1999)
