09-03-11: AREA OF IMPACT BOUNDARY ESTABLISHED:
(1) The Greenleaf area of impact boundary is hereby established as described in Exhibit A attached to the ordinance codified herein and incorporated by reference. The Greenleaf area of impact boundary being established and map being specifically adopted, by Canyon County ordinance.
(2) The Greenleaf area of impact boundary may be reevaluated by the City and Canyon County at such times as they may agree upon, in accordance with Idaho Code section 67-6526, as amended, to consider possible changes in the boundary and/or other provisions of this article.
