09-01-09: AREA OF CITY IMPACT DEFINED:
The Caldwell area of city impact consists of an area in unincorporated Canyon County where development or use of land affects, or may affect, the city of Caldwell in consideration of trade areas, geographic factors and areas that can reasonably be expected to be annexed to the city of Caldwell in the future.
