07-17-07: PREPLATTING BUILDING PERMITS:
DSD shall not issue a zoning compliance for construction of residences within any area or upon any property approved for development that requires platting until the final plat has been recorded with the county recorder's office, the applicable conditions of this code met, and the required improvements are constructed or bonded.
