05-03-31: PROCEDURE ON VIOLATIONS:
(1) Upon knowledge by the board of county commissioners of any violation or belief that a violation is about to occur, the board of county commissioners may request that the Canyon County persecuting attorney commence action, criminal or civil, to correct the violation and to punish the same.
(2) In the event any action is taken or any construction commenced in violation of the provisions of this article, the proper authorities of the county, in addition to other remedies, may institute any appropriate action or proceeding to prevent such unlawful action or construction, to restrain, correct or abate such violation or to prevent any illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about such premises.
