11-03-05: DEFINITIONS:
CHD4: | Canyon Highway District No. 4 Canyon Highway District No. 4, a highway district organized and existing under Chapter 13 of Title 40 Idaho Code, whose boundaries are within Canyon County and who is the Impact Fee Recipient. |
IMPACT FEE ADMINISTRATOR: | CHD4's Engineer or CHD4 Board of Commissioners appointed Staff, who shall be the designee of the Canyon County Board to administer specific portions of this chapter. |
IMPACT FEE RECIPIENT: | CHD4 who is authorized to make expenditures of Impact Fees collected in accordance with this chapter. |
