§925. Border Patrol unit for United States Virgin Islands

(a) In general The Secretary may establish at least 1 Border Patrol unit for the United States Virgin Islands. (b) Report Not later than 180 days after October 13, 2006, the Secretary shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees that includes the schedule, if any, for carrying out subsection (a).
