L. 85–303, §2, Sept. 7, 1957, 71 Stat. 623, granted United States title to the territory of Alaska. Section 455b, Pub. L. 85–303, §3, Sept. 7, 1957, 71 Stat. 624, related to lands subject to the Submerged Lands Act. Section 455c, Pub. L. 85–303, §4, Sept. 7, 1957, 71 Stat. 625, related to rights retained by the United States. Section 455d, Pub.
