Section 1231, acts Jan. 17, 1933, ch. 11, §1, 47 Stat. 761; Mar. 24, 1934, ch. 84, §1, 48 Stat. 456, related to a convention to frame a constitution for Philippines. Section 1 of act Jan. 17, 1933, was repealed by Pub. L. 89–554, §8(a), Sept. 6, 1966, 80 Stat. 648. Section 1232, acts Jan. 17, 1933, ch. 11, §10, 47 Stat. 768; Mar. 24, 1934, ch. 84, §2, 48 Stat. 457; Proc. No. 2695, eff.
